Rosie brings over 25 years of experience in State and Local Government, offering a strategic and detail-oriented approach to real estate services. Known for her transparency and organization, she excels at navigating complex transactions with precision and efficiency.

As a REVAnation Certified Transaction Coordinator, Licensed New Jersey Title Insurance Producer, Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Certified Trust Delivery Agent, Rosie ensures every transaction is handled with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Her academic background, including a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University–Camden, provides a strong foundation in both organizational dynamics and human behavior.
